贊美的話人人都愛聽,。不過并不是所有的夸贊都出于真心。有些恭維的話過于夸張,，那就要小心背后的圈套了哦,。
1. Flattery
最直接地表示“恭維、奉承”,。
例：I take his compliments as a form of flattery; they didn’t sound very sincere.
我覺得他的贊美是一種恭維,，有點(diǎn)兒不真誠。
2. (With) tongue in cheek
半開玩笑地,；說著玩兒地,；言不由衷地，虛情假意地
例：Don't be fooled by John's compliments. He was saying all that with tongue in cheek.
別讓約翰的恭維話給糊弄住,，那些話可當(dāng)不得真,。
3. Sweet talk
字面意思“甜蜜的話”，不過甜言蜜語背后其實(shí)是有目的的,，為了讓人答應(yīng)某事,。這個短語既可以作為名詞，也可以作動詞使用,。
例：A "virtual girlfriend" needs to be coddled with sweet talk and pampered with gifts, but you'll never see her in the flesh.
虛擬女友也需要用甜言蜜語和禮物去寵愛,，盡管你永遠(yuǎn)不能親身見到她。
4. Sweet nothing(s)
