體操好看,,但要想看懂不容易。什么騰身回環(huán)倒立轉(zhuǎn)體360度,、側(cè)空翻二周轉(zhuǎn)體270度,,很頭疼有木有?今天我們就教大家如何用英語說出這些難度系數(shù)爆表的體操術(shù)語,。

體操(Gymnastics)在特指賽事時也叫競技藝術(shù)體操(Competitive artistic gymnastics),。它包括多個項目,男子女子略有不同,。
男子體操項目
自由體操 Floor Exercise
鞍馬 Pommel Horse
吊環(huán) Still Rings
跳馬 Vault
雙杠 Parallel Bars
單杠 Horizontal Bar
全能 All-Around
女子體操項目
自由體操 Floor Exercise
鞍馬 Vault
高低杠 Uneven Bars
平衡木 Balance Beam
全能 All-Around
下面先教大家?guī)讉簡單的術(shù)語,。
▌空翻 somersault / salto / flip
前空翻 forward salto
后空翻 backward salto
側(cè)空翻 sideward salto
一個空翻就是salto,兩個空翻是double salto,,三個空翻是triple salto,以此類推,。
▌手翻 handspring
前手翻 handspring
后手翻 back handspring
同理,,一個前手翻就是handspring,兩個前手翻就是double handspring。
▌轉(zhuǎn)體 twist / turn
一次轉(zhuǎn)體是360度,,如果是轉(zhuǎn)了180°就是1/2 twist,,轉(zhuǎn)了720°就是2 twists,以此類推,。
▌姿勢 position
直體 stretched / straight
屈體 piked
團身 tucked

好,,現(xiàn)在來組詞吧。
double salto backward stretched with 1/2 turn (180°)
后空翻兩周直體180度轉(zhuǎn)體
salto backward tucked with 1/1 twist (360°)
后空翻屈體360度轉(zhuǎn)體
下面讓奧運冠軍陳一冰來示范一個動作:
看出來沒,,這個動作叫做后手翻直體兩周轉(zhuǎn)體900度,。用英語說就是:
double back handspring with 2-1/2 twists (900°)。

1: Miss Biles turns her body around and then prepares to spring off her hands.
拜爾斯翻轉(zhuǎn)身體,,準備用手起跳,。
2: She continues the movement, which is known as a back handspring.
繼續(xù)完成后手翻。
3: Using her incredible calf strength, the gymnast lands on her toes.
用驚人的小腿力量完成落地,,腳尖著地,。
4 and 5: Miss Biles lifts her arms and rebounds off the floor into a tight arch.
拜爾斯舉起手臂再次跳起,身體在空中呈繃緊的弓形,。
6: As she rises, she thrusts her hips upwards to create rotation.
起跳時,,她臀部向上用力以完成旋轉(zhuǎn)。
7-9: While flying through the air, she changes her body shape as little as possible in order to be given full credit by the judges.
在空中她的身體盡量不變形,,爭取拿到全部分數(shù),。

10: It looks as though she is standing in mid-air as she begins her second flip.
第二跳開始時,她似乎站在空中,。
11-14: Wrapping one arm across her body, Miss Biles creates a small imbalance so that she can twist 180 degrees before her landing.
拜爾斯單手抱臂制造一種失衡,,以完成落地前的180度翻轉(zhuǎn)。
15: She brings her arms out again to stop herself from twisting any further.
手臂再度伸開以停止翻轉(zhuǎn),。
16: She keeps her body upright, using her arms for balance, and bends her knees to absorb the energy from the somersault.

17: In the typical landing position for a gymnast, Miss Biles raises her arms to signify that she has finished the skill.
