到了年底,，節(jié)日多,、過生日的也多，大小聚會接連不斷,，送出去的禮物自然也不會少,。其實(shí)，有時候想想這樣來回來去送東西也挺沒意思的,，倒不如省去這些客套,，大家多些真心相處更重要,。所以，今天要說的這個degifting一定說出了很多人的心聲,。

Degifting is a mutual agreement to suspend holiday gifts, usually within a single family or circle of friends.

Degifting指在家庭范圍或朋友圈內(nèi)約定過節(jié)期間不用互贈禮物,，簡稱過節(jié)“免禮”。

Degifting can also refer to the act of replacing useless and pointless merchandise with something more meaningful, such as a charitable donation, service project or holiday party.

另外,，degifting也指用更加有意義的行為取代過節(jié)時無用又無謂的商品互贈行為,，比如捐贈善款、志愿服務(wù)或者辦個節(jié)日聚會等,。
