英語中有一些看起來極為相似的詞組,，不同之處僅僅在于是否含有定冠詞the。小心了,，有時它們表示的意義并不同,。



1. 詞組in the front of和in front of都有“在……前面”的意思，但含義不同,。in the front of表示“在……（范圍內(nèi)的）前面”,；而in front of表示“在……（范圍外的）前面”。如：
He likes to sit in the front of the classroom.
他喜歡坐在教室的前排,。

There is a pond in front of the house.
房屋前面有個池塘,。

2. At table意為“吃飯；進餐”,；at the table意為“在桌邊”,。如：
He seldom talks at table.

10. Out of question意為“毫無疑問”,；out of the question意為“不可能的,；辦不到的；不必談的”,。如：
