Blind likerrefers to someone who "likes" all your posts on Weibo or WeChat Moments without even reading them.

“盲目點(diǎn)贊黨”指在你所有的微博和朋友圈帖文點(diǎn)贊，卻并未真正讀過博文內(nèi)容的人,。

Some of them are doing this to tell you that they really care about you, while others are just trying to get some attention.
