　　近日日本東電發(fā)表報告稱福島核電站內(nèi)部輻射量爆表，達到了每小時530西弗,，人類數(shù)秒就會死亡,。

　　China hopes the Japanese government will give a responsible explanation on how they will offset the impact of the Fukushima nuclear leakage, said Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang on Monday in a regular conference.

　　本周一，中國外交部發(fā)言人陸慷在例行新聞發(fā)布會上表示說,，中國希望日本政府就如何彌補福島核泄漏的影響一事給出一個負責任的解釋,。

　　His response came after the Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. said they had detected a record radiation level of up to 530 sieverts per hour after analysing video images taken inside the No. 2 reactor of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex. The company further said that people will die in seconds when exposed to such high levels of radiation.

　　在此之前,，日本東京電力公司曾表示稱，在對福島第一核電站2號反應堆內(nèi)部視頻圖像進行分析之后,，他們檢測到了每小時530西弗的超高輻射量,。該公司進一步表示稱，如果人類暴露在如此高水平的輻射之下的話,，幾秒就會死亡,。

　　“The Chinese side has been watching closely the repercussions of the Fukushima nuclear leakage accident and has been asking the Japanese government to properly handle the accident and follow-up matters in a timely fashion,” Lu said.

　　Lu further added any responsible government will pay continuous and high attention to the impact of the nuclear leakage on the marine environment, food safety and people’s health. “This is their obligation to not only the Japanese people, but also people from the rest of the world, its neighbours included.”

　　陸慷后來又說，任何負責任的政府都會持續(xù)高度關注核泄漏對海洋環(huán)境,、食品安全和人民健康的影響,。“這不僅是他們對日本人民的義務,，也是對包括日本鄰國的其他國家人民的義務,。”

　　The Chinese Foreign Ministry has issued relevant safety alert, and Chinese fellows are urged to make proper travel plans and take protective measures.
