2016年7月10日大陸托,?谡Z(yǔ)都考了哪些題目?
T1: which one do you think is the most important in protecting the environment?
1. government 2. NGOs 3. individual efforts
I think that especially in China, government is the most important in protecting the environment, first, government has legislative power, which means they can make environmental laws and regulations to reduce pollution. Policies like the odd-even plate number restriction and draw lots to get car purchase permission in BJ, have been really effective in reducing car numbers and emissions on the street; plus, government is financially capable in spending money on the development of the public transportation system. Let us imagine, if there were sufficient subway or bus lines in the city, with low fee and a comfortable sitting environment, who would bother to take a taxi or drive a car?
T2: Do you think it is important to learn the history of the city where we live in?
Well, I think the situation depends. It always helps if we know moe about the city where we live in, like its culture, tradition or history, so we can have more emotional attachment to it, and introducing it to our friends especially from another country will make us proud, but in today’s fast paced society, the city where we currently live in is not necessarily our hometown or the place we want to settle down for a long time, like numerous Chinese college students are cluttering in BJ, the capital of China, but a lot of them may only want to stay here for 4 years for bachelor degree, and then they may want to go abroad to study in the US for their master, and choose to live in Europe or some nice city in the States, so if we are too busy in getting things done at hand to know much about the city where we are now, it doesn't hurt anyone and is totally acceptable.(新東方) |
